Celebrate our city title

OUR COMMITMENT

Sustainability is at the heart of the Edinburgh St James project. Throughout the development, we’ve had in place numerous Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives which are being delivered alongside the main contractor Laing O’Rourke.

These are centered around three core themes that draw on the project’s commitment to the wider community in Edinburgh: business and economy, social and community and the environment. Combined, these will substantially contribute to the overall success of the development and regeneration of the wider East End of the city.
